Ordering Information For End of Line Clearance Transactions

To the extent that orders placed on this website relate to End of Line Clearance, we only accept returns for technically faulty goods.

You have the option to cancel your order with no penalty, provided you do so in writing up to the end of the second working day after you receive our e-mail confirmation of our acceptance of your order. After this time, cancellation fees of 100% will apply.

As with any hand-made product, there will always be slight variations from one batch of production to the other. To the extent that the products sold are end of line, it is possible that orders may be made up of more than one batch.

We only accept orders for delivery to Mainland Britain for End of Line Clearance items.

Prices quoted for each product exclude delivery charges and insurance costs. Delivery charges vary in accordance with weight. Delivery may be through Royal Mail Service or UPS next day service.

  

We accept credit card payments by VISA , Mastercard, or debit cards, provided the delivery address is the same as the billing address for your credit card. Credit and debit card payments are taken via SagePay Payment Gateway.

All transaction information passed between our website and SagePay is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any message sent to our server from SagePay is signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering.

Once on SagePay system, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art and tamper proof systems, in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate.

We reserve the right to change prices, or to reject any order, at any time.

We will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights.
